Project for: lululemon Product Design
Objective: Ensure lululemon products are created in partnership with Athletes who are top in their field. Identify unmet needs in the product market via trusted relationships and remain competitive with unique product insights.
Outcome: lululemon Ambassador Co-Creation Co-hort: 30 Brand Ambassadors selected globally to contribute to product design. Creation of this program included: Program Criteria, Operational Structure, Product Insights Strategy, Athlete Compensation structure and Brand Storytelling strategy.
