Project for: lululemon Senior Leadership & CEO
Objective: Create an ongoing dialogue between underrepresented members of lululemon’s collective with CEO and our Senior Leadership Team
Outcome: lululemon Ambassador Advisory Board: 8 Ambassadors representing marginalized groups at lululemon including disability, language, race, gender and body type. This group is compensated and co-create with lululemon to inform Brand Ambassador strategy and share perspectives with lululemon Senior Leadership.
