  • Project for: lululemon Global Sports Marketing 

  • Objective:  Increase engagement and retention via Brand Ambassador channel, while maintaining a competitive influencer program to attract top talent. 

  • Outcome: The lululemon Ambassador program started in 1998 as a Research & Development initiative. SInce 2015, I have overseen the Global Strategy for 1400+ Brand Ambassador relationships, globally. Project work includes: Company wide cross-functional project management, Brand Ambassador training in 60+ markets, Digital Vendor Management & Content creation in 8 languages, Brand Engagement Events, Ambassador Funding initiatives, Database Implementation, Retail Photography Strategy and OMNI channel content.
